The key to a successful Tenant Improvement is scheduling, co-ordination & co-operation. As the General Contractor, I was responsible for staying ahead of my subs, keeping on schedule and making sure that my work was completed at each phase, so they could perform their scheduled tasks effectively, with a minimum amount of delay. Although that often meant working seven days a week 12 to 14 hours a day, the project was completed on time and within the contracted budget.
